Although profits are known to have a lifestyle that includes exercise, a diet high in fruits and vegetables, maintaining a healthy weight, not smoking and alcohol use, only a fraction of the people follow a healthy lifestyle. National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) conducted a national survey conducted by the U.S. National Center for Health Statistics. The researchers used data from the periods 1988-1994 and 2001-2006 of 7340 respondents in the first period and 7811 in the second.
